Something feels off — but it’s not at a formal assessment stage
In Alberta minor injury MVA files, psychological and functional impact is often present — but not always clearly defined early in the file. This service provides a structured way to support and document early-stage psychological and functional impact.
Services are provided by Anjali Nagda, Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Counselling Therapist registered with ACTA (Alberta), working within a non-diagnostic counselling scope.

Start Here — A Simple First Step
In many MVA cases, clients fall into a grey zone — where formal psychological assessment isn’t clearly indicated, but support is still required.

MVA Counselling Session
A single 60 minute used to understand presentation and guide next step in care

Clinical Snapshot
Documents early impact based on client self-report and standardised screening tools, establishing a clear baseline

Next Step Determined
The clinical snapshot helps clarify next steps and identify if specialised support or referrals are required.

No Further Care Required
The initial session and Clinical Snapshot may be sufficient on their own

MVA Recovery Program
Clients may proceed to structured counselling sessions to support recovery and track progress over time.

The MVA Recovery Program
Clients begin with an MVA Counselling Session, which serves as the entry point into care. Alongside the session, a Clinical Snapshot is provided to document early presentation, functional impact, and help clarify appropriate next steps.
Where continued structured support is indicated, clients may proceed into the (link) MVA Recovery Program, which builds on what was established during the initial stage of care.
Structured to reduce accident-related distress, support functional recovery, and provide consistency in both care and documentation throughout the recovery process.
This is a defined and contained course of care focused specifically on MVA recovery, making progress and next steps easier to track within the file.
