Women’s Mental Health Program
A grounded space for high-functioning women who want to feel steadier, clearer, and more themselves.
Most women don’t seek therapy because life is falling apart.
They come because life looks fine — but doesn’t feel fine.

There’s a quiet kind of exhaustion many women carry. You might be holding so much!
This space is for the women who are doing everything — and feeling it.
A career or business?
Relationships and family roles
A home and caregiving responsibilities
Emotional labour and invisible labour
Hormonal changes or perimenopausal shifts
The constant pressure to “be okay”
Something feels off
You feel stretched thin
Your mind doesn’t switch off
Rest isn’t actually restful
Not feeling like yourself
The emotional load keeps growing, even when you’re doing everything “right”
I support women navigating a wide range of emotional and mental load.

Therapeutic exploration
A desire for inner child work or deeper therapeutic exploration
I offer a blend of clinical counselling, trauma-aware approaches, and integrative therapeutic tools — chosen based on what your system can genuinely hold.
Boundaries, identity, emotional regulation, burnout recovery, relational dynamics, and self-worth.
Overwhelm, sleep issues, chronic stress, people-pleasing, subconscious patterns, and inner child work.
Tools to reduce anxiety, regulate your nervous system, and restore calm and inner connection.
Cycle-aware & Perimenopause-aware Support
Understanding emotional and physical rhythms, with compassion for hormonal shifts.
Attachment & Relational Work
Patterns in dating, marriage, parenting, friendships, and communication fatigue.
Headaches, jaw tension, stomach patterns, and somatic stress — approached gently with mind–body awareness.
The goal is work that respects your capacity, strengthens your emotional bandwidth, and supports change in a way that feels sustainable.
A calm, structured space to catch up with yourself, understand what’s been building, and begin gently shifting patterns with steady support.

What You Can Expect Here
This is a space where you’re supported to catch up with yourself — to name what’s been happening inside, instead of just powering through it.
You can expect:
Over time, the work often shows up in real life as:
A deeper sense of being on your own side again
Clear answers to common questions about support for women!
No. I will do my best to keep you comfortable throughout the process.
You set the pace, and we build comfort gradually. You don’t need perfect language or emotional fluency. My role is to guide the process with structure, clarity, and tools that meet you exactly where you are.
Yes.
All sessions are billed under my regulated counselling designations (CCC, RCC, CT). Most Canadian extended-health plans offer counselling coverage.
You’ll need to confirm details with your provider, but I can help you identify which questions to ask so you feel more confident checking your benefits.
Not at all.
Come as you are.
Your only job is to arrive — the structure, pacing, and guidance come from me.
