Hypnotherapy
There are moments each day when your mind drifts—when you're not fully awake, not fully asleep, and time feels suspended. That in-between state is something we all pass through naturally. Hypnotherapy simply helps us pause there, with intention.
In that space, your critical mind softens. The part of you that overthinks, doubts, or resists—steps aside for a while. This gives us access to your subconscious, where patterns live quietly, often shaping your days without you realizing it. Hypnotherapy creates a gentle path inward, not to control your mind, but to better understand it—and offer it relief.
Every session begins with a conversation. We'll talk about what you're experiencing, what's feeling stuck, or what you'd like support with. This isn't just an introduction—it's part of the therapy itself. Your words help shape the imagery, metaphors, and language that will guide your inner work.
Once you're settled, you can recline or sit comfortably. You'll likely close your eyes—but only if that feels safe. I'll guide you using breathwork, soft narration, and visualization. Some clients say it feels like deep rest. Others describe it as a peaceful clarity. Many are surprised by how natural and safe it feels.
Hypnotherapy can support a wide range of concerns: insomnia, anxiety, fears and phobias, emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, traumatic imprints, and more. It can also be a space for inner child healing, self-compassion, and quiet spiritual connection. You don't need to know how it works to benefit from it. You just need to arrive with an open mind and a little bit of quiet.
I often integrate Counseling, Breathwork, and Meditation into this process if they feel relevant. I'll also record the hypnosis portion of your session so you can continue the work between sessions, gently deepening the practice at your own pace.
Before we begin, I offer a mandatory orientation session. You'll have space to ask anything, share any hesitations, and understand exactly how it all works. It's important to me that you feel informed, prepared, and empowered—not just relaxed, but truly in charge.
You won't have to choose between modalities or know how they all work—that's my job. I'll walk you through what's relevant and make thoughtful recommendations. My aim is always to offer you the right combination of care, not just the most familiar one.
This work is sacred to me. I'm an ethical practitioner, under clinical supervision, and committed to doing my own healing work, too. My goal isn't to keep you coming back forever. My goal is to support your process so well that you outgrow the need for it.
You won't quack or cluck—but you will heal in your own way. And you'll leave feeling a little more like you.
When it's time to talk through, I am here—steady, curious, and ready to begin.
