Hypnotherapy is a gentle, evidence-based approach that uses the natural state of focused attention to support healing and change. It's not about losing control or being "put under"—it's about accessing a calm, receptive state where your subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and insights.

During our sessions, I guide you into a relaxed state similar to the moments just before sleep or when you're deeply absorbed in a book or movie. In this state, we can work together to address patterns, fears, or blocks that might feel stuck or overwhelming in your everyday consciousness.

Hypnotherapy can be particularly effective for anxiety, sleep issues, phobias, confidence building, and processing difficult emotions or experiences. Some clients also find it helpful for pain management, habit change, or exploring deeper spiritual or psychological themes.

I'm certified through the Academy of Hypnosis (India), registered with CACHE Canada, and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH, USA). My approach is always collaborative—we discuss your goals beforehand, and you remain aware and in control throughout the entire process.

Each session is personalized to your unique needs and language. After the hypnosis portion, you'll receive a recording so you can revisit the experience on your own. We'll also debrief together to help integrate any insights or shifts that emerged.

All sessions are conducted online in a secure, private setting. You'll just need a quiet space where you can sit or lie comfortably, ideally with headphones for the best audio quality.

Hypnotherapy can work beautifully on its own or as part of an integrative approach alongside counseling or other healing modalities. With your consent, I often weave hypnotic techniques into regular therapy sessions when it feels supportive to your process.
